Gear - If you are on a tight budget i would recommend a cheap 200 dollar (give or take) gun such as a tipman 98 custom, spyder brand or smart parts ion. For Beginner masks I recommend JT or Vforce brands. When buying check for anti-fog, peripheral vision, hearing, and comfort. As for pod packs this paintballers opinion is buy NxE pod packs.
Holding and firing your marker - Make sure your elbow is held tight to your body. If your using a speedball style gun use the air tank like a stock and put it in your shoulder.
